DEF is an AI operations manager that lives on WhatsApp. It catches every task that hits your operation, works out what it is, sends it to the right person, watches how it turns out, and writes the procedure down so the next person already knows what to do.

This course walks you through every part of DEF in 22 short lessons. By the end you'll be able to set up your team, build your weekly schedule, talk to your agent, handle the day, and keep the whole thing running on its own.

Three things to know up front

DEF is one app, your team uses WhatsApp. You (the owner) open the dashboard. Employees never download anything. They get their tasks on WhatsApp.

The agent runs 24/7. It answers guests, routes maintenance, takes employee punch-ins, generates reports, and flags what needs your eyes. It never sleeps and it never forgets.

You stay in charge. DEF decides automatically up to a line you set. Above that line, it sends you the question with one-tap approval.

How the course works

Twenty-two lessons, around 5 minutes each. About two hours total. Self-paced. Stop and come back whenever. Each one has a short video (still being recorded), a written walkthrough, and one thing to try inside your own DEF.

You don't need: any technical background, a separate app for your team, training sessions for your employees, or a consultant on retainer.

You will need: your DEF login (we set this up on day one of your install), the WhatsApp number we connected your agent to, and about two hours over a few days.
