By the end of this lessonYou'll know who your DEF agent is, what it does for guests, employees, and you, and where it lives.
Video coming soon — Eva is recording this

Your DEF agent is an AI operations manager that lives on a WhatsApp number. We give you that number on install day. Everyone in your operation — guests, employees, you — talks to the same number, and the agent figures out who's talking and what they need.

What the agent does for guests

A guest WhatsApps about a broken AC. The agent reads it, classifies it as maintenance, urgent, room 204, and sends the right maintenance person a WhatsApp with the room, the issue, and the SOP. The guest gets a quick acknowledgement ("on it, our maintenance team is heading up now"). When the job's done, the agent confirms back to the guest.

Guests can also book, ask about hours, request extras, complain, give feedback. The agent answers what it can, routes what it can't.

What the agent does for employees

Punch in / punch out. Request a swap. Report an issue. Ask "what's my next shift?". Get the SOP for a specific task. Mark something done. All on WhatsApp, in plain language, in your team's language (English, Spanish, or both).

What the agent does for you

Daily briefing every morning. Live answers when you ask things like "how's revenue today?" or "who's on shift tonight?". Smart escalations: when something needs your call, the agent sends one message with the context and a yes/no button. Reports at end of week, end of month.

Your agent has a name and a voice

On install day, you name the agent (e.g. "Mika" at Flowstate, or any name that fits your team). The name shows up in every reply. You also pick its language (English, Spanish, or auto-detect per contact) and tone (formal or warm). You can change all of these in Settings (Lesson 21).

The agent never pretends to be human. If a guest asks "are you a person?", it says no, and offers to escalate to a human if they prefer. Honesty is built in.

Try it now

Save your agent's WhatsApp number in your phone with a memorable contact name. Send it a "hi" and see how it introduces itself.
