Lesson 26~5 min

Tu equipo: the team cockpit.

By the end of this lessonYou'll know how to read your whole team's status at a glance and open the detail view for any one person.

Tu equipo is one screen. Every person on your team in one place, clustered by department, with the signals that actually matter for running the operation: who's working, who's late, who's stacking up time debt, who's on a streak.

Where to find it

Click the Statistics tab. Below the revenue hero, you'll see a section titled Tu equipo. (Some versions put this as its own button in the user dropdown — either way the content is the same.)

What the cards show

Each employee gets one compact card with:

  • Name + photo (the one they set on Mi Perfil)
  • Current status — on shift, off shift, late, on break
  • Hours this week, with a trend pill (up or down from last week)
  • Punctuality score (0–100)
  • Time debt, if any
  • Last activity — the most recent punch, issue, or message

The clustering

Cards are grouped by department: front desk, kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance. On a wide screen you see three columns; on a phone, one. The cluster headers tell you instantly which departments are fully staffed today and which are running thin.

Filters

Above the grid, filter the view by department, by status (only show people on shift right now), or by punctuality (only show scores under a threshold).

Click for the detail modal

Tap any card. A cockpit modal opens with everything DEF knows about that employee: full profile, all their shifts past and future, all their issues, every metric. The same view you'd build in a spreadsheet if you had three hours.

Tu equipo is the morning-coffee tab. Open it once a day, scan, see whose week is going off the rails before they tell you, close it. Five seconds for an honest read on the team.

Try it now

Open Tu equipo. Find the employee with the highest punctuality score and the one with the lowest. Click each card and look at the cockpit modal. Notice what's different between them.
